Installation was great
The installation crew was terrific, friendly, and helpful when I asked questions. One of them demonstrated how to use them & gave me a helpful tip for the kitchen window. I was very pleasantly surprised that he cleaned the windows after installing them.
The installation crew was outstanding.
They stayed late to finish the job in one day. The sales representative, Mr. Johnson, was friendly and explained everything completely, even calling us while he was on vacation to answer our questions.

We absolutely love the windows
They are designed and look exactly the same as the representative said they would. One of my favorite things about the windows is the security. We feel safer than we?ve ever felt in any home. The police report showing that a burglar was unable to break-in with a shovel, SOLD US! We like the fact that the windows tilt in from top or bottom. Another aspect we really like is that the home we previously resided in had mold & mildew growing in the windows. Reece?s windows are so insulated that we aren?t concerned with that happening. We are thrilled with out new windows!
Extremely Impressed
We are writing to express our pleasure at the windows your people installed on our house yesterday. They are beautiful, look so much better than the ones that came with the house (built 1968 and with added storm windows), and are extremely well built. We were impressed by Dan and his crew, who did the removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones quickly and with no damage to any of the house or its contents. They cleaned up all the wood and other chips that they made while they did the installation. We look forward to reaping the rewards of the windows? efficiency over the next many years. Right now the windows are so clean and clear that we keep thinking there aren?t any at all. We especially liked the ?Queen Anne? pattern grid, which lets a lot more light in than the old multi-pane windows. We also want to thank your salesman, Brandon, for his careful job in explaining the benefits of your windows and comparing them with the competition. We have also heard about your high quality from an independent carpenter and handyman, who has clients who are pleased with their Reece windows.
